PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of shooting time.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable. (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
WEATHER: Special Offer shoots will happen rain or shine! Rescheduling not avalaible!
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. Clients must be on time as they only have their scheduled time slot available. If late they will forfeit their shoot and deposit.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Fach Photography.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.
